They sign and upload as they go. When they tap Submit, their answers are encrypted on their phone, and only your practice’s computers can open them. Soli can’t read their answers. We only use their contact details to send your emails and reminders.

Soli does the chasing.
If anything is unfinished, Soli sends them two reminder emails before the due date. The day before the visit, they get your appointment reminder by text or email.

Everything is signed and on your screen before they sit down. If someone cancels, offer the time to your waitlist by text or email.

Are Soli’s intake forms HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Forms come with a BAA on every plan. Answers are encrypted in the patient’s browser, only your practice’s computers can open them, and access is logged.
Is Google Forms HIPAA compliant?
Free Google Forms is not, because Google offers a BAA only on certain paid Workspace plans. Soli includes a BAA from day one.
Do patients need an account or an app?
No. They open a link on any phone or computer. For a packet, they confirm with a one-time code we email them.
Can I put forms on my own website?
Yes. Embed them on your site in your colors, or share a link. Solo covers 2 websites, Practice 3 and Clinic 5.
Can patients sign forms online?
Yes. They type or draw their signature, and can upload files like an insurance card.
