Soli’s AI receptionist is an optional add-on for your practice line. It answers after hours and on closed lines, tells callers it’s AI, answers from your practice’s facts, books on your booking page, texts links, takes callback requests and transfers to the people you choose. BAA coverage is coming soon, and it’s set up not to ask for health details.
