Delete your Soli account
You can ask to delete your Soli account from the app at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what is kept.
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Delete your account in the app
- On a computer: open Soli, go to Settings › Profile, choose Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
- On a phone: open the Soli app, go to More › Settings, choose Delete account and confirm.
We email you to confirm we received the request, and again when your account has been deleted. Until then you can keep signing in. Changed your mind? Email support@meetsoli.com before your account is deleted.
If you own a practice
A practice owner’s account can’t be deleted on its own while the practice is open. If other people work in your practice, transfer the practice to another admin (email support@meetsoli.com to arrange it) or close it first. To close it, go to Settings › Data and BAA › Close this practice on a computer. Closing a practice is separate from deleting your account and is covered by Section 14 of the Terms of Service.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in: your email and password, two-step setup, passkeys and recovery codes.
- Your signed-in devices and their notification settings. You are signed out everywhere.
- Your profile and your personal settings.
What is kept, and for how long
- Your practice’s records. Calls, texts, forms and other records you handled belong to your practice, which controls them. They stay with the practice when your account is deleted.
- Audit logs: 6 years, consistent with HIPAA documentation-retention requirements. They record access events and never health information.
- Account and billing records: kept as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
- Backups: daily database backups are kept for 14 days. There is no monthly archive. Data deleted from our live systems stays in backups until that backup expires, at most 14 days later.
- Copies on your devices: Soli keeps an encrypted copy on each device you used. It stays until you delete the app or its data.
Can’t open the app?
Email support@meetsoli.com from the email address on your Soli account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm that you control that address before we act.
If you are a client of a practice that uses Soli, contact the practice. It controls your records, and we act on its instructions.
