Is there a setup fee?
Just one: a one-time $19.50 per line for texting registration, which US carriers require before you can text from your number.
Is the AI receptionist covered by the BAA?
Not yet. BAA coverage is coming soon. Until then, the AI receptionist is built to stay out of health details: it never asks about symptoms, conditions or insurance, takes only a name and number to book, seals callback requests to your practice and keeps no transcripts. Call screening deletes a caller’s recorded name when the call ends.
What happens if I go over?
Extra minutes and texts are 3¢ each. If you go over often, add 1,000 minutes or 500 texts for $19 a month.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time. Moving up is charged for the rest of the month. Moving down credits the difference to your next bill.
Can I pay yearly?
Not yet. Soli is billed monthly for now.
What do I need to sign up?
Your practice details, your EIN, the plan you want and a card.
