    Yes, with your client’s consent and a BAA. Soli includes the BAA, and secure chat is there for anything clinical.

  • Will client names show on my lock screen?

    No. Soli’s notifications say what arrived, like “New voicemail”, never who it’s from.

  • Does Soli have PHQ-9 and GAD-7 forms?

    Yes, as templates you can add to any intake packet, next to consent and telehealth consent.

  • Is the AI receptionist covered by the BAA?

    Not yet. BAA coverage is coming soon, and until then it’s set up not to ask for health details. It’s an optional add-on.
